What to know:

• CD 6 includes all of Polk and Yamhill counties along with the southwest portion of Washington County and the western portion of both Clackamas and Marion counties, roughly following I-5 and 99E as the eastern boundary.
• Marion County communities in CD 6 include (from north to south): Aurora, Donald, Butteville, Hubbard, St. Paul, Woodburn, Gervais, Brooks, Keizer, Salem, Aumsville, Turner, Marion, Jefferson. Basically if you live in Oregon House District 11, 15, 19, 20, 21, or 22, you need to plan on attending this meeting. PCPs in House Districts 17 and 18 should be within spitting distance of either I-5 or Salem. All eligible PCPs should have received notification from Jessica Snook on or about 9 July with the official call [PDF] and other information. Check your inbox or mailbox (or wherever your mail ends up before/after reading it).
• Registration fee is $10. Download and print the official registration form [PDF], fill out completely and either mail it with your check to the ORP office in Salem or bring it with you to the convention. You MUST RSVP to the ORP Secretary if you intend to pay at the door.
• We will be electing officers: Chair, Vice-Chair, Alternate Chair, Alternate Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. ANY District 6 PCP is eligible to hold one of these offices.
