In her fifteenth year on the Marion County Commission, Patti Milne is the longest-serving member of the current board. She has always remained true to her conservative principles of keeping government limited. She has been at the forefront of the opposition to the county's involvement in the coordinated care organization (CCO) Willamette Valley Community Health.

Set aside the first Wednesday of each month and plan to get up a little earlier than usual in order to attend the Marion County Republicans Early-Bird Breakfast. Take advantage of this monthly opportunity to meet prominent (and maybe not-so-prominent) local pols and candidates for elective office as well as enjoy a light breakfast.
