Winters to hold Town Hall meetings

Senator Jackie Winters will be hosting three Town Hall meetings in August throughout Senate District 10. Winters will meet with constituents to discuss the economy, community development and issues surrounding home foreclosures.

August 23 – Aumsville Community Center, 555 Main St., Aumsville, OR 5:30-7pm

Senator Winters and Vicki Walker, Director of the USDA Oregon Rural Development office to discuss business, housing and community development.

August 25 – Chemeketa Community College, 4000 Lancaster Ave., Auditorium BLDG 6 (first floor) 5:30 – 7pm

Senator Winters, Representative Vicki Berger (R-Salem), Victor Merced Director of Oregon Housing and Community Services, and Mike Kaplan, Administrator of the Oregon Homeowner Stabilization Initiative will focus on foreclosure options.

August 26 – Independence Public Library, 175 Monmouth St., Independence, OR 5:50-7pm

Senator Winters and Representative Vicki Berger to have an open discussion and dialogue with constituents.
